I lead the creative team at Open Network Exchange, turning strategic vision into compelling work—from brand identity to campaigns to digital experiences.
Every project starts by defining what the experience should feel like, not what it should look like. The feeling is the compass. Once you know how something should land, the visual and technical decisions follow naturally.
Good work that depends on one person staying late isn't sustainable. It's fragile. The fix is systems: repeatable workflows, clear feedback loops, documented standards. The goal is a team that produces consistent quality whether I'm in the room or not.
Knowing when something is almost right but not quite, and being able to articulate why, is the most undervalued skill in creative work. It's not subjective preference. It's pattern recognition built over years of looking closely, caring about details, and learning what resonates with real people.
Creative Director based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
At Open Network Exchange, I oversee creative strategy, brand development, and campaign execution. The through-line is making things clear, making them well, and making sure they work.
Outside of work: photography, birdwatching, reading, and thinking about technology, culture, and history.
